McCoos Whistler Return Policy

Timeframe for Returns:
Returns must be sent back within 30 days from Initial purchase in an un-used state with tags still attached.

Condition of the Item:
Returned items are generally expected to be in new, unused, and resalable condition. Original tags, packaging, and any included accessories should also be intact.

Return Authorization:
Please email us before you send back your product, as it will not be accepted without an RA number attached to it.

Return Shipping:
The responsibility for return shipping costs are at the expense of the customer.

Refund Method:
Refunds are typically issued in the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items, such as final sale or clearance items, swimsuits or base layer clothing are non-returnable.

Defective or Damaged Items:
if the product arrives damaged or defective we will replace it and pay for shipping both ways to you.

Restocking Fees:
There will be a $15 restocking fee for any returned product.  This fee covers the cost of inspecting and restocking the product.

Process for Returns:
The return process starts by emailing or calling us, packaging the item securely, and sending it back to the designated address.
